Protect your Pension from Inheritance Tax with a QNUPS

Safeguarding Against UK Inheritance Tax – QNUPS

QNUPS

If you are looking to safeguard your UK Pension scheme against UK Inheritance Tax you’ve come to the right place.

QNUPS offers a great choice to transfer your UK Pension to.

You may also transfer your QROPS to a QNUPS providing you left the UK before the 6th of April 2005.

QNUPS Explained

QNUPS stands for Qualifying Non-UK Pension Schemes.

These were introduced on the 15th February 2010 and offer greater freedoms and advantages over their predecessor QROPS (Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes).

With a QNUPS there is no requirement for a double taxation agreement to be in place between the UK and the overseas schemes jurisdiction.

QNUPS also removed the restrictions on investment associated with both UK Pension Schemes and QROPS.

QNUPS Benefits

Safe

The UK Government has made certain that QNUPS funds are safe by ensuring that all QNUPS programs are approved by HMRC.

Inheritance Tax Free

Save up to 50% Inheritance Tax on all personal assets placed in a QNUPS.

QNUPS are not subject to Inheritance tax even if the QNUPS holder returns to the United Kingdom.

Investment Freedom

Almost any type of asset can be placed under the protection of a QNUPS including property, stocks and shares, wine collections, antique furniture. Also there are no limits on the amounts you can invest.

Freedom of Access

Borrow up to 25% as a loan up to age 55  and after 55 you can take 25% as a lump sum followed by drawdowns and leave unused pension assets to beneficiaries without liability to UK Inheritance Tax.

Low Fees

The fees associated with a QNUPS are very reasonable and will be clearly detailed during the setup process. There is a onetime setup fee plus a very reasonable yearly maintenance fee.

Transferring Your UK Pension or QROPS

QNUPS can receive funds from UK Pension funds as well as from International Pensions or QROPS

If you already have a QROPS you can also take out a QNUPS and, if you wish, transfer the QROPS funds into the QNUPS, providing you left the UK before April 6th 2005.

Banners Broker – Extra Income in Your Retirement

Banners Broker – Extra Income in Your Retirement

In this post I’m going to tell you a little bit about Banners Broker. Although its early days yet, I do believe that Banners Broker can be a useful component of my retirement planning, and provide a useful source of additional revenue during retirement.

I’ve been searching for the means to create a passive income for several years now, but somehow this dream still illuded me. However I came across this opportunity recently, and after careful research for several months, while in the meantime some close friends were making money hand over fist, I decided to take the plunge. The system they were using is called Banners Broker – an opportunity where you share in the profits of banner advertising.

Banners Broker

My concerns were not whether I would lose money – all my friends were making making with it and showed me the proof, but I just wanted to make sure that Banners Broker was a genuine business. I also spent considerable time understanding all the ins and outs to make sure I could optimise my returns from the business.

Finally I took the plunge, and I’m glad to report that I did.

Actually, it proved to be simpler than I expected. One of my friends had producd a full handbook covering all aspects of the business, and this proved very useful.

Actually all you need to begin is the fast start guide, but I’m one of those people who like to know before they go !

The thing I liked about Banners Broker was that you don’t need to refer others to it to turn a profit. I’ve had some experience of MLMs in the past, and while I admire those who can create huge numbers of referrals, I could never manage more than about four. I’m also much happier pottering around on a computer than contacting others.

Banners Broker – How it Works

Like I said, with Banners Broker you are given the opportunity to participate in the profits of Banner Advertising. The most common entry level is the purchase of a Green or Professional Package costing $415, and that was the level that best suited my pocket, though there are packages ranging from $25 to $3,655

There’s a 5% admin fee and in the UK VAT to pay, so the Green Package costs $529 . I paid in $600 because I wanted to buy a few extra banner advertising panels to get my business of to a quick start and to cover the first $15 per month administration fee on the anniversary date. I’d estimated that profits from the business would cover my monthly fee by the time I’d reached my second monthly anniversary.

Banners Broker do all the work for you by putting together Advertisers (Companies that want to advertise their product) with Publishers (Website owners who rent space to place banner advertisements).

My Results with Banners Broker

After less than a month I can safely say that I’m well on the way to doubling my investment.

My friend Pauline who started last October with an investment of about $1,000 has seen it grow to $4,000

So go take a look. I honestly don’t know anyone who has failed to make a profit with Banners Broker.
